We are a family-owned group of companies comprising leisure and hospitality venues, as well as commercial property investment and residential property construction. We are a progressive, independent company based in Ingatestone, Essex.
The Group s main trading activity involves the operation of a Golf Club, Wedding Venue, a Padel Club and Country Club alongside its property ventures.
About the role
As the Group has grown so too has the requirements of our Finance Department. We are actively recruiting for a part-time Accounts and Payroll Assistant. Full-time may be considered based on candidate. Reporting to the Financial Controller and the Group Financial Director, the Accounts and Payroll Assistant will be responsible for preparing the Group s payroll and maintaining accurate accounting records.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Processing payroll for multiple companies
- Maintaining HR processes such as induction paperwork, absence tracking and annual leave
- Managing statutory payroll reporting
- Maintaining Balance Sheet reconciliations
- Keeping Xero files up to date for regular accounting transactions
- Ensuring Purchase Ledger transactions are processed accurately
- Assisting the Financial Controller on regular accounting transactions

GBP30,000 Pro-Rata
