Payroll Assistant

 We are recruiting for an “Payroll/Accounts Assistant” . Full time Permanent - office based

Main duties would be:

Payroll: extracting data from Time and Attendance system to import payroll information to Finance system.
· Processing and providing TYE (Tax Year End) data for company payrolls (weekly/monthly)
· Responsible for processing statutory payments such as SSP/SMP/SPP
· Debt management
· Continuing looking to improve systems and processes wherever possible
· Monitoring daily communications and answering any queries.
· Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct.
· Working with spreadsheets, sales ledger and credit control
· Recording financial transactions and balancing the books.
Accounts receivable (and credit control): Creating and sending invoices and following up to get them paid.
Other adhoc duties as and when needed.
