Full time: 9am-5pm M-F

Salary: 30,000- 35,000 dependant on experience

Location: Grays (ideally a driver due to location)

We are looking for an experienced Payroll Assistant, for our client who is a well established company within the construction industry. Our client is passionate about sustainable solutions, whilst being considerate and protective of the environment.

The job will entail:

• All aspects of weekly payroll for 6 companies
• auto enrolment for all companies (weekly & monthly)
• Maintain holiday records for all companies
• maintain all weekly personal records for all companies
• to use the company intranet (Share Point 2013) as the primary document management system

Desired skills & experience:

• experience with Payroll
• proficient with Microsoft packages (Excel & Outlook)
