Payroll Assistant
Full time: 9am-5pm M-F
Salary: £30,000-£35,000 dependant on experience
Location: Grays (ideally a driver due to location)
We are looking for an experienced Payroll Assistant, for our client who is a well established company within the construction industry. Our client is passionate about sustainable solutions, whilst being considerate and protective of the environment.
The job will entail:
- All aspects of weekly payroll for 6 companies
- auto enrolment for all companies (weekly & monthly)
- Maintain holiday records for all companies
- maintain all weekly personal records for all companies
- to use the company intranet (Share Point 2013) as the primary document management system
Desired skills & experience:
- experience with Payroll
- proficient with Microsoft packages (Excel & Outlook)
