They are looking for someone with a positive and engaging energy, who will take pride in their work and be an integral member of the account team and lynchpin of the agency.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the account to ensure its smooth, effective, and efficient functioning.
• Demonstrate outstanding creative judgment.
• Collaborate with the Planning and Creative department to ensure the highest standard of creative output.
• Fearlessly challenge work to enhance its quality.
• Assist in preparing inspiring creative briefings and client presentations.
• Display charm and calmness when interacting with the internal teams and clients.
• Assist the Account Director in managing the day-to-day financials of the account.
• Support the Account Director in handling fees, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Possess a strong understanding of the client's budget.
• Maintain an entrepreneurial mindset, continuously seeking opportunities for growth.

Key Requirements

• At least 2 years within an integrated agency is essential.
• A clear and solid understanding of the creative process.
• Ability to present confidently and passionately as needed.
• Be naturally capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Possess outstanding communications skills.
