An exciting opportunity has become available for an Account Manager to join a well-known local non-profit organisation. This integral role is the key link between Norfolk businesses and the organisation itself and will require you to actively engage with members, understand their needs and provide them support.
Working 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday, the offered salary for this position is £25,000 - £28,000 depending on experience.

The day to day
* Building and developing relationships with both small/large businesses in Norfolk.
* Managing assigned members accounts through identification of needs, following up responses and carrying out promised actions.
* Acting as the voice of your assigned members, explaining their business needs/goals.
* Providing a customer centric service at all times.
* Interacting with various company stakeholders to fulfil member’s needs.
You will have/be
* Previous account management experience in a customer facing role.
* Experience working with B2B clients/local authorities would be advantageous.
* Proactive can-do attitude.
* Strong interpersonal communication skills and high professional and personal standards.
* Confident working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Computer literate and skilled in Microsoft Office package.
* Valid UK Driving license and access to own vehicle.
