Our Client is part of a large electrical whole sale group the role on offer will be working out of the Sunbury on Thames depot.
Fully office based
This is a multi-faceted role account managing existing accounts and growing new business.
Responsibilities
Servicing customer account base of around 100 customers
Answering and dealing with incoming calls
Providing quotations to customers new and existing
Processing orders through the system
Nurturing customer relationships in order to secure repeat business and maximise sales
Serving customers on the trade counter
Dealing with and resoling any customer queries
General administration
Key Skills Required
Previous experience working within a similar role and exposure to working on a trade counter
Team player
Excellent communication skills
Strong pc and systems experience
