Position:  

Account/Project Manager (Large Format Digital Print) 

Location: 

Hertfordshire

Salary:  

£36k - £40k (depending on experience) 

The Role: 

• Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to the clients requirements  
• Understand workflow
• Manage accounts
• Full project management for bespoke jobs inclusive of print, installation, supplier, and joinery work  
• Build and develop a trusted advisor relationship with new customers  
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of their solutions according to their needs and objectives  
• Quote bespoke jobs accurately and follow up for feedback  
• Process orders working with production to achieve tight deadlines  
• Manage multiple projects to tight timescales and differing complexities  

Requirements: 

• Proven project/account management or other relevant print experience 
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with clients & colleagues 
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs  
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at any time while playing strict attention to detail  
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills  
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills  
• Pro-active with a forward-thinking approach to new products and development  
• Opportunity for promotion to become General Manager
