Account/ Warehouse Manager

Account/ Warehouse Manager Required. Streamline Search are currently working with an established and market leading logistics company based in the Chipping Warden area. They are looking for a senior logistics professional to join their team, where they will manage and develop a key contract and manage a storage facility and its staff.

(Account/ Warehouse Manager) - Position Overview

• Manage and develop the Company's distribution contracts.
• Oversee the storage of client stock, ensuring a safe and secure environment in compliance with client strategy, policies, and standards.
• Maintain alignment with client requirements for service delivery, upholding both the companies and the client's reputation.
• Manage client tenancy, including areas occupied by their staff or contractors, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations and site rules.
• Create systems to drive down waste and improve performance.
• Review warehouse performance and costs continually to ensure satisfaction and performance, making changes and recommendations as necessary to achieve client's required budgeted results within the business strategy.
• Visits to client and company sites in the Midlands, East Anglia, and surrounding areas.

(Account/ Warehouse Manager) - Position Requirements

• A proven track record of managing warehouse operations.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and site rules.
• Previous success in managing distribution contracts, particularly with a focus on cost efficiency and service performance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to maintain positive relationships with clients, visitors, and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to align strategies and policies to meet client and company objectives.
• Knowledge of vehicle handling and transport.
• At least 5 years' experience in a supervisory capacity.

(Account/ Warehouse Manager) - Position Remuneration

• Salary: 40,000.00 - 42,500.00 Dependant on experience.
• Car Allowance: 3,000.00 per annum.
• 28 days holiday including bank holidays.
• Working Hours: 08:00 - 17:00 (Monday - Friday)
• Pension
• Onsite parking
