Location: Outskirts of Cambridge, CB25
Hours: Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week - flexible hours and hybrid working
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum depending on your experience

We are currently working with a forward-thinking Accountancy Practice who are looking for a qualified or part qualified Accountant to join their growing team. Based in a brand now office the firm can offer flexible hours, hybrid working and no micro-management.

Duties will include:
- Communicating effectively and professional to your portfolio of clients
- Preparation of year end accounts
- Preparation and submissions of financial statements
- Completing corporation to set deadline
- Completion of personal tax and self-assessment tax returns
- Processing P11Ds
- Providing advice and support to your clients on their accounts
- Oversee aspects of bookkeeping when required
- Knowledge of current regulatory framework around small and micro entities
- Liaising with HMRC to solve client queries
Skills and Experience Required:
- Fully qualified or part qualified Accountant - AAT Level 4, ACCA, ICAEW or similar
- Previous experience of working within practice accounts
- Strong and effective communication skills both verbally and written
- Xero knowledge preferred but not essential
- Positive and willing attitude
- Friendly and approachable manner towards the team
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
