Dundee Based - up to £35,000 per annum.
Nicholas Hendry is delighted to be engaged on an exclusive basis by one of our loyal clients, based right here in Dundee. Our client, a forward-thinking, award-winning, local employer is keen to grow their team by adding an additional Accountant to support their senior staff members. This is a pivotal position which will not only support the core Finance team with their daily tasks, but you’ll also be a valued partner helping the organisation and its clients reach their business goals.
This position would best suit a dynamic & enthusiastic individual who enjoys working in a modernised environment, is technologically savvy, has excellent communication skills, and is comfortable explaining financial jargon to non-finance stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Production and review of management accounts
• Providing analysis and advice to clients to assist in key decision-making
• Supporting clients with the latest accounting technology
• Preparation of year-end accounts and corporation tax returns
• Supporting account managers on corporate finance work, such as forecasting and raising capital
