Part- Time Hours

OA are currently working with a reputable and well-established, leading organisation within financial services and accounts industry, to support them with hiring an Accountant on a part-time basis. This role will be to support clients with accounting and any taxation queries, whilst maintaining a best- in class service.

• Working Hours: 20 hours per week (this can be flexible) 5 hours per day
• Weekly Pay - GBP17.58 per hour
• Immediate start
• 21 Days holiday
• Free on-site parking
• Training and support provided

Accountant - Key Responsibilities:

• Support and organise annual accounts for small businesses this includes ltd companies and partnerships
• Preparation of corporation tax and partnership tax returns
• Additional admin tasks
• Responding to telephone and email customer queries
• Support with book-keeping and personal tax preparation when required

Accountant Previous Skills and Experience:

• At least 2 years of previous experience working in a similar position
• Must be AAT qualified (we will also look at QBE)
• Strong communication skills; written and verbal
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Positive, self-motivated attitude
• Knowledge of Quickbooks, Xero and Sage
