RESPONSIBLE FOR : The following:

1. Managingateamofbook-keepersandclient managers including trainees
2. Training and development of fellow team members
3. Planningtheclientcompliancework
4. Preparationofaccounts
5. Managingandadheringtostrictdeadlines
6. Managingworkflowandwork-allocation
7. ReportingtoSeniorManagersandcontributingtoand participating in meetings
8. DealingwithexternalorganisationsincludingHMRC
9. Managementofclientrecords
10. Managingclientqueries
11. Dealingwithgeneraladhocdutiesasandwhen required

QUALIFICATIONS/COMPETENCIES:

Experienceworkinginanaccountingpractice(essential)

Skills:

• KnowledgeofAccountingStandards&ComplianceRules
• KnowledgeofTaxation
• Sage;Xero;QuickBooks;DEXT;SageCloudAccounting
• ComputerLiteratee.g.Excel,Email,Word,PowerPoint,internet etc
• Excellentverbalandwrittencommunicationskillsessential
• Confidenceindealingwithclientsandrespondingtoclientqueries
• Abilitytomanageandtrainateam
