- Service Charge Accounts: Produce and review accurate Service Charge accounts.
- Account Reconciliation: Ensure precise and timely account reconciliations.
- Service Charge Demands: Raise and manage Service Charge demands efficiently.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Engage with stakeholders, addressing queries promptly and professionally.
- System Setup: Set up properties on systems seamlessly.
- Annual Audit Compliance: Fulfil annual audit requests diligently.
- Report Production: Generate insightful reports and present them to the board when required.
- Compliance: Adhere to the Service Charge Residential Management Code.
- General Bookkeeping: Handle bookkeeping duties, including paying invoices and monitoring financial records.
- Experience: Proven experience in preparing Service Charge accounts.
- Skills: Strong reconciliation skills, meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency in using accounting systems
- Communication: Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Adaptability: Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
