What you'll do
- Develop core business skills including soft skills and technical training
- Gain hands-on experience to day-to-day fund accounting/administration operations
- Build additional knowledge in the bookkeeping and administration of funds and fund structures
- Follow a structured training programme, designed by our Aztec Academy and supported by experienced colleagues
- Opportunity to gain additional relevant qualifications during your internship
- Introduction to clients and stakeholder management
- Exposure and training on our IT systems
- Understand the importance and management of risk
- Gain insight into our high touch, high tech approach to client service
- Take part in networking, meetings and social events
- Expand your understanding of our career opportunities to support your future career goals
Your skills
- Studying a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or other relevant subject
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Confident communication skills to engage with colleagues and clients
- Ability to prioritise and time manage workload
- A drive to learn and positive attitude
- Good attention to detail
- A team player who is willing to get stuck in, work hard and have fun!
