Responsibilities
• Management Accounting including: Annual plan budgets and forecasts, Internal monthly management accounting, Provide monthly management reports to Operation groups• Financial Accounting including: Monthly Financial closing, Local audit requirements, Statutory accounts for legal entities, Internal control procedures, Liaison with external and internal Auditors, Overview of all Internal Control systems, Cash control and reporting exchange control including currency exposures• Provide detailed, comprehensive finance and accounting service to projects, collaborate with project services, engineers, and supply chain engineers to ensure project promises are met financially
Requirements
• Issuing and updating project cost control reports• Maintaining up-to-date cashflow• Improving ERP system and expanding financial services/activities• Providing timely finance advice to Exploration teams• Delivering financial, accounting, and financial planning for exploration portfolio• Assisting with cost control and financial management information• Delivery of financial management information to internal and external stakeholders• Development of internal management reports including KPIs and variance analysis• Manage the invoicing process
