Reed Accountancy Oxfordshire are partnering with a company on the outskirts of Bicester who are seeking a Temporary Accounts Administrator to join their Finance Team on a temporary basis until July 31, 2024. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work remotely under our Hybrid Flexible Working Policy, with an expectation of being in the office a minimum of two days per week. This role is paying an hourly rate of up to £15per hour!
Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the Finance Team Leader, the Temporary Accounts Administrator will be responsible for the following:
- Processing Transactions using Sage
- Record Maintenance: Maintain various electronic records related to financial transactions.
- Phone Support: Handle incoming phone calls related to financial inquiries.
- Filing and Administrative Tasks: Assist with filing and other administrative duties as
The ideal candidate will demonstrates a high level of attention to detail, makes decisions to meet deadlines effectively, communicates clearly, especially in written form and adapts to changes in job allocation and priorities.
