Accounts/Office Administrator Required Slough
Responsibilities
- Coordinate own office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Support production data entry and generation of route cards/COC's ect.
- Resolve invoice queries with accounts.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as an administrator, office assistant or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software.
- Knowledge of AX or AX360 would be advantageous
Additional Info
- Salary - 23-25k per annum
- Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
- Start Date: ASAP
