We are seeking an enthusiastic Accounts Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis for 3 months, with the potential for the role to become permanent for the right candidate. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for numbers and accounts, possibly working towards an accountancy qualification such as AAT. If you are ready to fully commit to an office-based position and can start immediately, we want to hear from you.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Matching, batching, and coding sales ledger invoices.
• Matching, coding, and batching purchase ledger invoices.
• Scanning invoices into the system.
• Sending out remittance advices.
• Keeping the accounts email inbox up to date.
• Scanning, photocopying, and filing accounts paperwork.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:
• A passion for numbers and accounts.
• Working towards an accountancy qualification such as AAT is advantageous.
• Ability to commit to a full-time office-based role.
• Available to start work immediately without any notice period.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
