We are seeking an enthusiastic Accounts Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis for 3 months, with the potential for the role to become permanent for the right candidate. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for numbers and accounts, possibly working towards an accountancy qualification such as AAT. If you are ready to fully commit to an office-based position and can start immediately, we want to hear from you.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Matching, batching, and coding sales ledger invoices.
- Matching, coding, and batching purchase ledger invoices.
- Scanning invoices into the system.
- Sending out remittance advices.
- Keeping the accounts email inbox up to date.
- Scanning, photocopying, and filing accounts paperwork.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A passion for numbers and accounts.
- Working towards an accountancy qualification such as AAT is advantageous.
- Ability to commit to a full-time office-based role.
- Available to start work immediately without any notice period.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
