Accounts Administrator

Join a dynamic team as an Accounts Administrator!

We're excited to partner with a leading international corporation to find a talented Accounts Administrator to join their small and friendly team. As the dedicated point of contact for all UK clients, this role offers a unique blend of administrative and accounting responsibilities.

The Ideal Candidate:

If you're a skilled administrator with a foundation in accounting principles and proficiency in SAGE, we'd love to hear from you! You'll be comfortable with a varied workload, able to work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound calls and direct queries to the right colleague
• Process sales orders and raise invoices in SAGE
• Allocate purchase orders and track invoices
• Chase outstanding invoices for payment
• Escalate bad debt and manage administration tasks
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Strong administrative experience with a keen eye for detail
• Proficiency in SAGE (or equivalent accounting software) is essential
• Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner
• Previous finance administration or accounts experience is desirable
• Some experience with credit control would be beneficial
• Flexibility and willingness to work collaboratively in a small office environment
