Accounts Administrator Corby Hybrid Working Full Time - 8.30am 5pm GBP30,000 - GBP35,000 (Depending on experience)
Our client is a leading international company offering their customers innovative and complete solutions for abnormal transport.
They are looking for a dedicated and organised Accounts Administrator, like you, to join their friendly, professional team to help manage the day-to-day accounts procedures along with general administration responsibilities.
You will play a crucial role in supporting the financial and administrative functions of the company. Your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks will ensure the smooth running of our client s operations.

- Proven experience in an accounts and administration role is essential
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A high level of IT skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of payroll processing and HR functions

What will your role look like?
- Manage all functions of the Payroll system i.e. including wages, pensions, holidays
- Process and maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payments
- Reconcile bank statements and manage expenses
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and statements
- Manage all supplier and client account queries and payments
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel
- Support the annual audit, budgets and forecasts
- Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Maintain and update company databases and filing systems
- Manage office supplies and ensure the office environment is organised and efficient
- Providing outstanding customer service to our clients and others at all times
