Accounts / Sales Ledger Administrator
Full time permanent role - office based
Mon - Fri 0900-1700- these times can be flexible
Burgess Hill area based - Due to workplace location, your own transport is essential. Plenty of free parking on site for all staff. Discounts for staff, friends and family on company products, access to on site electric vehicle charge points from March 2024
Salary: £28275 per annum (£14.50 per hour) plus good staff benefits. Any overtime is also paid at the same rate.

Responsibilities / duties:
- Checking and producing sales invoices and posting to the Sage Accounting system.
- Carrying out daily banking reconciliation, credit card reconciliation and banking records.
- Producing and posting monthly statements.
- Credit control of all accounts as required
- New account set ups
- Assisting the Manager with other clerical needs as and when required
- Opening and distribution of post within the department
