We are seeking a highly organised, competent and self-motivated individual to become our Accounts and Administration Clerk.
This is a key role with the business, supporting the managing director and other team members and helping to maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency. The Accounts and Administration Clerk is responsible for managing the accountancy process within the business, from processing of invoices and purchases through to providing financial reporting to senior management. In addition the candidate would ensure efficient office functions by organising procedures, general correspondence, digital and paper record management, organising travel arrangements and appointments. The role will also involve interaction with clients and therefore excellent customer service skills are essential.

Working hours: Full time (with some degree of flexibility if necessary).
Skills required:
- Experienced in accounting and booking keeping skills.
- Competent in Office 365 high level of proficiency in Excel, including producing reports.
- Close attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills and accuracy.
- Proactive time management with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Team player and able to interact at all levels.
- High levels of customer service, assisting clients in a pleasant and efficient manner.
