SalaryI am exciting to be working with a client that is predominate in online retail working in partnership with some big names such as John Lewis.
They have a small, close team in Bishops Stortford, and are now looking to expand. The role of the Accounts and General Administration Assistant, will be very varied but will primarily be accounts assistant work, general bookkeeping, and administration to assist clients.
THE ROLE:
- Reconciliation of bank accounts
- Payment matching/ sending receipts
- Reconciliation of website orders and payments,
- Invoice processing
- Sending monthly statements
- Customer engagement over the phone
- Helping with the processing of orders
THE CANDIDATE:
- Some knowledge of e-commerce platforms,
- Good use of Excel and other MS office platforms
- SAGE experience desirable.
- Good attention to detail
