Key Responsibilities:
- Handle accounts payable and receivable tasks, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
- Support the finance team with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.
- Respond to payroll and accounting inquiries from employees and external parties.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
- Assist with the preparation and processing of payroll for all employees.
- Update and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with company policies and relevant laws.
- Assist with recruitment where necessary, and labour movements.
- Qualifications:
- Experience accounts administration. Relevant certifications (e.g. AAT, CPA,) would be beneficial.
- Proficiency in software including MS Office Excel and Access.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Understanding of payroll processing would be an advantage.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
