Job Description
Key Responsibilties for this Accounts and Tax Senior:
- Lead a team to provide high-quality tax and accounting services to clients.
- Review and prepare financial statements and Tax returns.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Identify and advise clients on tax planning opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and statutory requirements.
- Contribute to the firm's business development initiatives.
- Provide support and guidance to junior team members.
- Continually update skills and knowledge in line with changes in the industry.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts and Tax Senior should have:
- A professional qualification in accountancy (ACCA, ACA, or equivalent) or nearing completion.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting and Tax principles.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience in a similar role in a practice setting.
