Description:
Our client in the St Albans area is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their friendly team asap on a permanent basis. The company offer an outstanding number of benefits including hybrid working after training.
As an Accounts Assistant utilising your purchase ledger skills:
Processing supplier invoices and entering onto SAP Concur and importing into Sage 200.
Reconciling against supplier statements and liaising with them to resolve any queries.
Processing expense claims.
Generating the weekly supplier and expense payments and overall supporting the finance
Working hours are Monday to Friday over 37.5 hours.
Accounts Assistant skills required
Purchaseledger expertise
Have used computerised accounting system.
Numerate
Ability to think logically and methodically.
