The main aspects of the Reading based Hybrid Accounts Assistant will be to support the Finance Manager with an increase in workload and assist with all tranasactional accounting and associated reconciliations.

They are in central Reading and work on a hybrid basis, 3 days in and 2 days at home.
Description
The key responsibilities of the Accounts Assistant will be to support all aspects of:
- Accounts Payable
- Credit notes
- Reconciliations
- Banking
- Payment runs
- Journals and adjustments
- Support with key client queries and projects
- Month end support
Profile
The ideal candidate will be someone who is happy to work in an Accounts Assistant capacity and on a hybrid basis. They are a fast moving team and have a fun and open working environment which will be a pleasure to work in.
