Consumer Additions and partnered with one the FMCG businesses in London. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, trendy, and growing company.
The successful applicant will be an enthusiastic and organised individual who can take responsibility for processes and change and can prioritise and organise workload in collaboration with others.
?? Location: Shoreditch, London
?? Position: Accounts Assistant
?? Work Arrangement: 3 days in the office, 2 from home
Responsibilities:
- Manage key finance & operations processes.
- Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Taking ownership of Month End
- Process inbound stock movements on raw materials & finished goods
- Own the end-of-month stock reconciliations.
- Sales data management & reporting - Update our weekly sales reports
Job requirements:
- Experience in a finance admin role - ideally both in Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Track & manage entire sales order process.
- Outstanding attention to detail, and show initiative.
- Have excellent organisational skills.
- Have strong verbal and written communication.
- Have experience in MS Office Suite and especially proficient in Excel.
