Working 39 hours a week with an early finish on a Friday, you will be supporting the Financial Controller in the following activities:
- Purchase Ledger
- Allocating payments and matching
- Reconciling bank accounts
- Monitoring debtor balances
- Raising sales invoices
- Managing customer accounting enquiries via email and phone
- Managing petty cash transactions.
- Running reports and managing data.
- Support with the Month-End processes
- Assist the Assistant Accountant & Company Accountant with Year End Audit.
- Taking care of administrative tasks, such as correspondence, filing and printing.
- Undertake any other reasonable requests as directed by management
You will need:
- Experience in a similar role
- Strong IT skills
- Foreign currency knowledge would be hugely advantageous but not essential
Hours of work are between a start time of 8am and 9am and finish times between 4:30pm and 5:30pm - flexibility is required
