Are you a bookkeeper or accounts assistant with bookkeeping experience, with a background working for a medium to large sized organisation, looking for an exciting and busy role where no two days are the same, working for an award-winning company in West Sussex?
You will play a crucial part in a small but strong team, where you will be the go-to individual supporting with financial tasks and also have facility executive duties where you will oversee the operation and maintenance of buildings and grounds (no experience required).
The Person:
- Credit Card & Balance Sheet Reconciliation
- Raising Supplier Invoices
- Bookkeeping Duties Record financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts to maintain accuracy.
- Process invoices and expenses in adherence to company policies
- Support audits by preparing necessary documentation and responding to inquiries
- Oversee daily operations and maintenance of facilities.
- Manage vendor relationships for facility services.
- AAT Qualified or working towards
- Experience as a Bookkeeper OR Accounts Assistant with Bookkeeping duties
- Experience working in a medium - large company
