SalaryRG Consultancy are working with a fantastic SME based in Deeside who are looking to recruit an all-around Accounts Assistant to support the Finance Manager with day to day running of the department. You will join a small friendly team and work closely with /report back to the Finance Manager

The Role
- Purchase ledger, preparation of weekly payment runs, processing of invoicing
- Payment runs
- Bank reconciliations
- Manage the accounts receivable
- Reviewing and managing expenses
- Assist with monthly management accounts
- Assist with audit preparation
- Being a point of contact for all account queries
- Assist with payroll + training can be given
The Person
- Experience over 2+ years in an accounting role
- Experience with purchase ledger/sales ledger/credit control is essential
- Additional payroll experience would be an advantage but not essential
- Xero experience is preferable but not essential
- AAT qualified or studying would be an advantage
