My client – a world renowned IT business based in HOLLOWAY ROAD STATION is seeking an ACCOUNTSASSISTANT to join them whilst they experience unprecedented growth! This is working in their client accounts team and will help key external stakeholders with their accounts.

PLEASE NOTE – This role is based in the office for 4 out of 5 days (Mon-Thu)

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and posting of invoice
• Preparing analysis and reconciliation of supplier accounts
• Preparing and entering sales invoices
• Corresponding with vendors and responding to inquiries
• Chasing late payments from clients
• Preparing and processing electronic transfers and payments
• Reconciling accounts payable transactions
• Reconciling accounts receivable transactions
• Perform the daily bank reconciliation
• Preparing weekly aged creditor and debtor reports
• Managing the Finance mailbox for the team
• Processing employee expenses
• Supporting the annual audits for all entities
• Ad-hoc accounting and administration tasks as required

• A sense of pride in maintaining a clean and accurate set of financial records.
• Confidence to interact with all staff across the finance team and the wider business.
• Flair for evaluating problems and proposing solutions independently.
• Possess a natural curiosity and ability to quickly pick-up new tasks whilst working autonomously.
• Good communicator, ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Well organised, with the ability to keep to strict deadlines in a face paced and high growth environment
