Based at the Battle office you will play a crucial role as the Legal Cashier supporting with some account assistant duties, working closely with a small but strong team of legal cashiers, supporting the direct financial success of the business.
The Role:
- Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently, including payments, receipts, and invoices.
- Manage bank reconciliations and maintain the firm's bank accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with client billing procedures, generate invoices, and address client inquiries regarding billing matters.
- Handle accounts receivable tasks, monitor outstanding payments, and follow up on overdue invoices.
- Maintain up–to–date financial records, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and provide support for financial reporting and administrative tasks as needed
- Experience as a Legal Cashier OR Accounts Assistant in a Legal Sector
