SalaryAre you an Accounts Assistant looking for your next challenge? Our client, based in Newport, is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their Finance Team. They are offering an unmissable salary of £26,000 - £28,000, hybrid working and other benefits.
What is the day-to-day of the role:
- Help with budget preparation, monthly budgetary control reports, and final accounts preparation.
- Communicate financial information to non-finance managers effectively.
- Demonstrate proficiency in IT skills, including advanced spreadsheet and/or database knowledge.
- Prioritise demanding workloads to meet tight deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Good understanding of principles of accounting (or)
- Studying / attained accounting qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient with software's such as MS Excel
