SalaryOur client is seeking an individual who is experienced in Accounts and is also willing to be involved in the management of facilities for the company as part of the job. This is an interesting and varied role working Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. – 37.5 hours per week. Also opportunity to work from home 1–2 days pw.
- Accounts
- Timely payment of all Overhead invoices for offices
- Querying and resolving invoice discrepancies with external suppliers
- Raising of invoices to our Suppliers and Customers
- Bank and cash reconciliation on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Reconciliation of inter–company accounts
- Allocation and reconciliation of Customer Receipts and processing refunds
- Credit card reconciliation and allocations
- Balance sheet reconciliation, allocation of prepayments and accruals
- Key point of contact for accounts queries both internally and externally
- Facilities
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of buildings and grounds for two offices.
- Managing building security and fire safety to ensure always up to date
- Control activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal, cleaners etc
- Manage Utilities and review consumption
The role will require a hands–on, proactive individual to play a key role in our small but busy team. Other useful skills/experience include:–
- Experienced in processing high volumes of multi–currency transactions
- Highly organised
- Attention to detail
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and a high level of proactivity
