Company Overview: MERJE is pleased to represent a leading accountancy firm based in Blackburn. Our client is seeking an experienced Accounts & Audit Advisor to join their team.
Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Accounts & Audit Advisor with expertise in UK Financial Reporting Standards, ISAs, and tax matters. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and contribute to the firm's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing financial statements and tax computations.
- Preparation of management accounts and statutory financial statements.
- Completing corporation tax computations and VAT returns.
- Planning, managing, and completing audit files.
- Supporting ad hoc projects and business development initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- ACCA/ACA qualified or part-qualified.
- Previous experience in a similar role within an accountancy firm.
