An exciting opportunity to join a well-established aircraft maintenance organisation as an Accounts Coordinator. The role will be customer facing and requires organising, coordinating and ensuring all clients are kept fully aware of work progress through the facility and assist with a variety of functions across the business.
This role entails the overseeing and managing of crucial accounts on behalf of the organisation's clienteles.
You will be building effective working relationships with customers. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as you will confidently convey technical information and manage client expectations.
Responsibilities include generating invoices, preparing quotes for new orders, and handling various ad hoc duties while as well as fostering new business prospects.
