DCT Recruitment Ltd are looking for an Accounts Office Administrator for our ever growing accountancy client. This is on a permanent basis Role would be:• Internal bookkeeping for the firm• Credit control• Raising invoices• Payroll (not essential - can be taught)• Scanning• First phase call receiving• Management of client database - accountancy manager (easy to learn so previous experience not essential)• Proposals, etc• Client money laundering requirements• Client File Maintenance• Petty cash reconciliationBenefits:• Office hours are 9.00-5.00• Flexi-time operated outside of 9.30-4.30• Parking in close proximity to office• Relaxed working environment• 28 days holiday, which increase by 1 day per year after 5 years service up to a maximum of 5 additional days • Company pensionSkills:Strong Skills for word, excelCommunication written and verbal to be strongOrganisedMulti-taskGood numeracy skillsBook keeping experience
