DCT Recruitment Ltd are looking for an Accounts Office Administrator for our ever growing accountancy client. This is on a permanent basis
Role would be:
• Internal bookkeeping for the firm
• Credit control
• Raising invoices
• Payroll (not essential – can be taught)
• Scanning
• First phase call receiving
• Management of client database – accountancy manager (easy to learn so previous experience not essential)
• Proposals, etc
• Client money laundering requirements
• Client File Maintenance
• Petty cash reconciliation
