Platform Recruitment has partnered with an innovator in the space industry. They are looking to recruit an Accounts Payable Administrator to join their team on a part time basis (20 hours per week). This will be an initial 6 month contract, with a likely option to extend afterwards.
Main Duties:
+ Matching invoices to purchase orders and goods received notes
+ Assigning non-PO invoices for approval
+ Processing approved invoices in the ERP system & allocating digital copies
+ Identifying of prepayments & accruals
+ Checking & coding of employee expenses
+ Preparing fortnightly payment runs of supplier invoices and expenses
+ Posting bank transactions in the ERP system
+ Managing the purchase ledger
+ Performing month-end processing tasks and reconciliations
Rate/Location:
+ The rate of pay for this role is £15-£20/hour, based on experience
+ This is a 6 month contract, with a likelihood of further extension
+ The role is based in South Oxfordshire
