Liberty Recruitment Group is excited to be partnering with our client in the search for an Accounts Payable Administrator to join their team based in Portsmouth. This is a full-time, 12 months fix term contract.

Reporting into the Accounts Payable Team Leader, you will be responsible for performing Accounts Payable transaction processing responsibilities and supporting the existing team.

Some of your responsibilities will include;

• Processing invoices/credit notes
• Checking validity and completeness of invoices/credit notes
• Dealing with supplier payment queries and sending remittance copies
• Coding invoices/credit notes to the correct nominal ledger codes
• Ensuring monthly targets are met
• Ensuring all queries are promptly resolved and liaising with other departments

You will have the following;

• Good team player
• Strong communication skills
• Experience of using SAP systems
• Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP s, Pivot tables etc)

In return our client is offering a salary of GBP25,000, plus free parking, 25 days annual leave + BH, hybrid working, and a discretionary bonus, plus many more!
