The Ideal Person
If you’ve 2+ years’ experience working in an Accounts Payable role:
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work to a deadline
- Accounts Payable experience
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Good commercial awareness
Responsibilities
As an Accounts Payable Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Matching and coding invoices
- Posting invoices to the ledger
- Aged creditors report
- Process staff expenses and administration of expense system
- Ledger reconciliation
- Bank reconciliations
- Setting up new supplier accounts
- General office admin and support
