As the Accounts Payable Assistant, you will be responsible for;

• Reconciling bank accounts
• Process and pay staff expenses
• Investigate and resolve invoice queries or discrepancies
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Monitoring invoices and statement inboxes
• Liaise with other departments to ensure all information is made available/collated to support the payment of invoices

Person specification

• AAT studier
• Strong Excel experience
