My client is looking for a process driven, organised Accounts Payable Assistant who has strong interpersonal skills. The finance team work very closely with the sales team, so looking for someone who enjoys a team environment. The ideal person will have good computer skills.

Duties:

• Entry of purchase invoices/credits onto the ERP system
• To manage supplier accounts
• Answer queries
• Supplier statements and GRNI reconciliations, including efficient resolution of differences.
• Reconcile unallocated payments in a timely manner
• Maintenance of supplier accounts.
• Prepare accounts for payment runs.
• Be compliant
