Macildowie are excited to be working with a brilliant business based in Leicester looking to add an experienced Purchase Ledger to their team on a temporary basis. There is potential for a permanent role as well!
They are looking for someone who can get stuck in from day one, and hit the ground running.
ROLE DETAILS:
- Salary up to £13ph
- Office based
- 8:30-4:30 with an early 4:00 finish on Friday's
- Located in Enderby
THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process Supplier Invoices ensuring correct nominal ledger coding
- Resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner by liaising with internal and external contacts
- Supplier Statement reconciliations
- Resolve supplier queries efficiently
- Monitor and maintain the delegated Finance email inbox
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external contacts
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
- Proven experience of Purchase Ledger role
- Pro-active and methodical approach to work
- Ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation
- Reliable
- Excellent organisational skills
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work to tight timescales
- Good excel skills (vlookup, pivots)
