Accounts Payable Clerk

Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, managing expense reports, and assisting with other accounting tasks.

Duties:
- Process Accounts Payable transactions accurately and timely
- Verify discrepancies by reconciling vendor accounts
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Skills:
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Sage, QuickBooks, or PeopleSoft
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to analyze financial information and reports
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) is a plus
- Experience with Workday is advantageous
