What you will do:
Processing Purchases:
* Ensure fast and accurate payments: Match invoices to orders, verify prices and paperwork, and expedite supplier payments.
* Be the credit champion: Identify and claim missing credits from suppliers, maximizing cost savings.
* Reconcile discrepancies with ease: Analyse accounts against supplier statements and resolve any outstanding balances.
Communication and Customer Service:
* Become the purchase order whisperer: Handle inquiries from staff and suppliers efficiently, via phone, email, or in person.
* Master the art of diplomacy: Resolve purchase-related issues with suppliers, ensuring smooth relationships.
* Be the voice of accuracy: Clearly communicate discrepancies and purchase details to internal teams.
What you need:
* 2 years of experience in a similar role would make you a valuable asset.
* Proficiency in Excel will help you navigate our systems with ease.
