Overseeing the Accounts Payable process and ensuring timely payments
Managing and mentoring the AP team
Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
Monitoring budget and cash flow
Providing reports on financial status and progress
Resolving any Accounts Payable issues promptly and professionally
Profile
- Prompt Payment Code/Reporting experience - This is key to the success of this role
- Heavy user/producer of KPIs and SLAs
- Actively managed an Indian offshore team
- Balance sheet reconciliation experience
- At least Intermediate Excel Skills
- Process improvement experience
- Oracle experience
- Working with controlled cash for payments run
