We are seeking a talented and motivated Accounts Payable Manager to lead our client’s finance team to new heights. As the Accounts Payable Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the Accounts Payable function for this thriving organisation. Your "can do" attitude, coupled with strong leadership skills, will contribute to the continued success of its finance team. Your responsibilities as Accounts Payable Manager will include but are not limited to:

  • Manage and support a team of 2-3 dedicated Accounts Payable professionals.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices.
  • Perform statement reconciliations.
  • Deal with supplier and internal enquiries.
  • Perform balance sheet reconciliations and resolving aged debit and credit balances.
  • Manage the credit card and cash expenses process.
  • Document and create process training guides.
  • Streamline and optimise Accounts Payable processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Implement and maintain best practices in Accounts Payable.
